Our CrossFit classes welcomes and unites people of all ages, abilities, and goals. Our workouts are accessible and effective for all. We have a strong local community that drives a deep sense of belonging.
Our CrossFit gym provides accountability through coaches who know you, care for you, and modify workouts based on your needs. CrossFit Tyler provides a community that makes you feel welcome and is fun. Our goal is to give you measurable progress that motivates you to keep coming back and striving for more.

Our barbell class is designed for athletes who want to focus on gaining strength and improving their Clean & Jerk and Snatch. Each 60 minute class, which is included in your CrossFit membership, includes progressions and drills to help you perfect your Clean & Jerk and Snatch technique and accessory work to build strength. Our barbell classes are every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 PM and every second and forth Saturday of the month at 8 AM.
Open gym on Saturday mornings from 9-10:30 is a time where athletes can participate in a partner workout, make-up a missed workout from the week, or work on additional strength and/or gymnastics goals. A coach is available to assist and oversee athletes to ensure safety.
yoga for athletes
Our Yoga class helps to promote mental and physical relaxation, but that’s not the only benefit it provides. In fact, it is a beneficial component of our cross-training routine for athletes, and it can enhance performance in other sports as well.
Our yoga class is available for members and nonmembers at a cost of $10 per 60 minute session. Yoga classes are on the first and third Saturday of every month at 8 AM
Free community workout
Every third Saturday of the month from 9-10 AM we offer a free community workout. Workouts are designed to be completed with a partner or in teams and are accessible to all fitness levels. No prior CrossFit experience is needed to drop-in for our community workout.
